The World Conference of Science Journalists returns to London in 2027. This biennial event was last held in London in 2009, when nearly 1000 science & technology journalists met under the theme 'Stories that matter to a changing world'.

Hosted by the ABSW and the World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ), WCSJ2027 will bring hundreds of science journalists, writers and communicators together to exchange ideas, debate pressing issues, and explore the future of our profession.

The programme will include professional development workshops, keynote speakers, parallel sessions discussing both journalism and cutting-edge science, field trips to the UK’s world-leading research and cultural institutions, with plenty of reporting opportunities.

Networking will be built into the programme from the outset, both through our dedicated conference app and live opportunities.

Venue address:

Central Hall Westminster, Storey's Gate, London SW1H 9NH
